The primary leader of the team is Raymond Kent. He will be your first point of contact, your guide throughout the project, and the final inspector to make sure your project is flawless.

Raymond has been running Harmony Design & Build, LLC, since 1988 (over 35 years) and has always had a focus on honest and open communication, hard work, and a dedication to high-quality results.

With a background in coaching Youth Select Soccer for 19 years, Raymond helps advise many of his sub-contractors and others in the industry to help uplift their businesses and provide coaching to help them grow. This belief of helping others achieve greatness carries over to each and every client Harmony takes on, where he believes that everyone in a household should have a voice in design choices, knowledge of the moving pieces of the project, and a right to be involved in all communication.

Raymond and his wife, Leah, believe in helping develop spaces where kids can find belonging, find community, and grow their self-confidence. That’s why we proudly support Young Life Capernaum, an incredible organization that invites teens and young adults with and without disabilities to discover authentic friendship, growth, and purpose. Through Capernaum clubs, exciting activities, and intentional inclusion, these remarkable young individuals experience fun, adventure, and self-esteem building. Our donations help create spaces where they can grow in faith and find a sense of belonging.
